A multi-positional player, PJ Moritz was named to the SPSL pitcher first team and will head to Everett College next season

Highlights: Moritz is a first-team South Puget Sound League pitcher and position player for the Wolves.

“PJ can play anywhere in the field aside from catcher, but I’m sure he could handle himself behind the plate as well. He is one of the most competitive student-athletes I have ever coached. PJ strives to win in every situation and is an absolute grinder at practice.”

WSSP: How will you remember your time as a student-athlete at South Kitsap High School and playing baseball for the Wolves?

Moritz: I will remember my time at South Kitsap being a student athlete by remembering all the memories that were made, all the support we got from the community, and all that was taught to me, as well as other, at my time at SK.

WSSP: What are your college or career plans and does it include playing baseball or another sport?

Moritz: I am attending Everett CC in the fall for baseball and to pursue my major in physical therapy then, hopefully after a year or two at Everett, be able to transfer to a D1 school to continue playing baseball and chasing my dreams.
