Klahowya Secondary held a signing ceremony Wednesday for three of its athletes — all of whom play soccer for the Olympic League 1A Eagles (4-0, 6-2-1 overall).
DJ Joe and Mason Joe signed to play at Division II Pacific Lutheran University while Derek Carpenter is headed to DII Western Washington University.

Klahowya wasn’t the only school to hold a signing ceremony today.
North Kitsap senior Ryan Hecker signed his paperwork to play baseball at Divison I University of San Francisco in the West Coast Conference. Last season Hecker helped lead the Vikings to a fourth-place state trophy and was the OL 2A most valuable player. Hecker is also a standout basketball and tennis player.
Very excited to have signed with @SFDonsBaseball and continue athletic career at the division 1 level. Beyond excited. I would like to thank all my friends, family and coaches as well as the USF coaching staff for allowing me this opportunity #diamonddons pic.twitter.com/yjlogBXyzk
