Olympic College split with Thompson River Sunday in a Northwest Athletic Conference baseball doubleheader at Legion Field in Bremerton.

The Rangers (8-6) won 5-2 and lost 10-3.

Jeffrey Cochran had a 3-run home run in the first game as Jared Scott picked up the win and James Gunther earned the save. The Rangers, down 2-1 heading into the bottom of the seventh, scored three runsĀ  and added another in the eighth. Gunther then shut down Treasure Valley to secure the win.

On Saturday the two teams split as Olympic won the opener 5-3 over Treasure Valley before losing 8-4. Lukas Diehm picked up the win and Gunther had the save. Cole Chambers went 3-for-4 with two RBIs with a double.

Olympic is at Walla Walla Saturday and at Columbia Basin Sunday at 11 a.m.
