EAST BREMERTON — Central Kitsap’s boys swim team had a handful of swimmers secure district times, but it was Gig Harbor that left Olympic Aquatic Center with a 104-65 South Sound Conference 3A win Tuesday afternoon.

Central Kitsap had two of its 200-yard medley relays and a 400 free relay qualify for the West Central District meet next month.

“We have district (times) in every event now for the season,” said Whitney Dodd, Central Kitsap assistant coach.

RJ Thomasberg will head to district in the 200 freestyle, 100 butterfly, James Sanchez in the 50 free and 100 breaststroke and Matyas Kisiday in the 200 individual medley and 500 freestyle.

Sanchez already has state-qualifying times in the IM, butterfly and 100 backstroke.

The Cougars next meet is at 3:30 p.m. at North Thurston on Thursday.
